Practical coaching that connects how you move, how you live, and how you show up. Develop physical capacity, understand your patterns, and put what you learn into practice.
with Markus Blettinger, Coach & Educator
Rooted in nature. Practiced in life.
Your body and your life are connected. Start with the support that speaks to what you need right now.
For anyone ready to examine their behaviour, embrace the discomfort of change, take responsibility for their choices, and follow through on what matters.
For anyone who has tried every modality and therapy and still can’t find lasting relief. For those willing to let go of what they think they know, embrace the discomfort of change, and rebuild from the natural fundamentals of human movement.
For anyone ready to reconnect with the natural foundations of health. Explore how sunlight, circadian rhythms, water, nutrition, and your environment influence your well-being. Build intentional habits around food, sleep, mindfulness, and daily routines that help you feel and function at your best.
A little guidance, before you choose
A little direction can make the first step easier. Find the support that fits where you are.
How you move, your daily habits, your relationships, and the way you respond to difficulty all shape your health.
Our work connects practical training with honest reflection. We pay attention to what your experience is showing you, build skills you can use, and bring them into everyday life.
The aim is to become more capable of caring for your body and directing your own life.
You know something needs to change.
Give yourself the space, support, and attention to begin. Bring what feels stuck. Bring what you want back. We’ll find a practical place to start.
Show up. Stay curious. Put it into practice.
The choices you make between sessions are where the work takes shape: one honest conversation, one new habit, one intentional step at a time.
You bring the willingness. I’ll bring the support.
Expect focused attention, honest feedback, and practical guidance. Together, we’ll build skills you can use in your own life.
Make this a commitment to your future self.
More confidence in your choices. More understanding of your body. More capacity to care for yourself. That’s what we’re working toward.
Now is not always the right time, and that’s okay.
You’re ready to take an active role in your body, your habits, and your choices.
You’re willing to look honestly at your patterns and try a different approach.
You can make time between sessions, including when progress feels slow.
You want skills and understanding you can eventually carry forward on your own.
You’re looking for a guaranteed result or someone to make the changes for you.
You mainly want advice that confirms what you already believe.
You don’t currently have the space to practice between sessions.
Your immediate need is medical diagnosis, treatment, or urgent mental health support.
Choose where to begin. We’ll take the next step from there.

My work brings together expertise in kinesiology, Functional Patterns training, transformational integration coaching, and sacred deathcare. Across these fields, I help people understand their experience and develop the capacity to thrive throughout.
That might begin with how you move. It might begin with a difficult transition or a pattern you are ready to change. We start where you are and turn insight into practice.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
My work spans Personal Leadership, Movement & Biomechanics, and Holistic Health Consulting. While each service has a distinct focus, our physical health, behaviours, relationships, and environment often influence one another.
We’ll begin by understanding your circumstances, challenges, and goals. From there, we’ll determine where to focus our attention and whether one service or a combination of approaches makes sense for you.
The objective is to meet you where you are, not force you into a predefined program.
If you’d like a little direction before reaching out, take the Find Your Starting Point quiz to explore which area may be most relevant to you right now.
Meaningful change doesn’t follow a fixed timeline.
For some, a handful of sessions provides the clarity, education, and direction they need. For others, deeper work involving self-discovery, processing, behavioural change, and integration may unfold over 12–18 months or longer.
No matter where we begin, understanding long-established patterns takes time, and changing them requires consistent practice.
We’ll establish a commitment that makes sense for your circumstances, regularly assess your progress, and adjust our approach as your needs evolve. The goal isn’t to keep you in coaching indefinitely. It’s to develop the understanding and skills you can carry forward independently.
You’re committing to more than a series of appointments.
Our sessions provide dedicated time for education, honest reflection, individualized guidance, and accountability. But meaningful change happens through what you do with that work in your everyday life.
Depending on the service, this might involve changing movement patterns, developing healthier routines, examining your behaviour, or navigating difficult conversations.
Your financial investment formalizes the coaching engagement, but payment alone doesn’t create change. Your willingness to participate, practice, communicate openly, and follow through is what gives the process its value.
I’m committed to bringing my experience, attention, and high standard of care. I ask that you bring an equally sincere commitment to yourself.
Change isn’t always linear. There may be periods of progress followed by frustration, uncertainty, resistance, or a return to familiar patterns.
You don’t need to pretend things are going well when they aren’t.
I encourage you to bring those experiences into our sessions so we can examine what’s happening, reassess our approach, and determine what needs to change.
This process requires honest communication, patience, and trust in our ability to work collaboratively. That doesn’t mean blindly trusting a method or pushing through something that isn’t working. It means remaining willing to question, adapt, and make informed decisions together.
Progress isn’t about never experiencing a setback. It’s about developing a greater capacity to recognize what’s happening and respond intentionally.
My goal is not to create dependency.
Whether we work together for four sessions, twelve sessions, or over a longer period, the objective is to help you develop greater understanding, practical skills, and confidence in your ability to navigate your own life.
As we approach the end of our agreed sessions, we’ll review your progress, identify what you’ve learned, and discuss what makes sense next.
You may feel ready to continue independently, decide to pursue a new area of development, or choose to extend our work together.
There is no automatic expectation that you continue purchasing coaching. Any further commitment should be a deliberate decision based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.
The greatest outcome of our work isn’t how long you stay with me. It’s what you’re able to carry forward when our work together is complete.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
If you know you want support but aren’t sure which path fits, start here. Tell me a little about where you are and what you would like to change. We’ll explore a way forward together.
A conversation comes first.
I’ll review your application and follow up personally by email. We’ll discuss the right starting point, format and next steps before you make any commitment.
No package to choose. No payment today.
Movement, health, personal leadership, or navigating a life transition — you are welcome to apply even if your needs cross more than one area.
A space for the thoughts that keep unfolding.
Join me on Substack for free-flowing thoughts about life, health, and death. The questions I’m sitting with, the things I’m learning, and the experiences that keep changing how I see the world.
Come with curiosity. Take what speaks to you. Join the conversation.
If you want to get to know me beyond the website, Instagram is the best place to follow along. I share what I’m learning, practicing, and questioning about movement, health, and the way we live — along with a closer look at who I am and what we’re building. It’s where you can keep up with the journey as it happens.
